Thomas the Believer

Thomas has long been scorned for insisting that he see and touch the Risen Christ before he would believe in the resurrection. But is he actually any different from any of the other disciples, who also waited for that tangible, embodied, experience? What then are we to do, as we reach for faith as people who rely on a hand-on encounter?
