Party with a Purpose

Mark your calendars for Saturday, September 19th, for another episode of Resurrection’s fun-filled Party with a Purpose. For many years, we have gathered for a wonderful night of great food, live music, and fellowship outdoors on the plaza at church, and all with the greater purpose of raising much needed funds for organizations that support the most vulnerable members of our wider community. Neighbors, friends, and kids are all welcome to join as well — please spread the word! As always, we will have the jazz rhythms of the Rob Evans Trio to set the mood (how could we proceed without that??) along with great food and time with friends on our plaza.
Speaking of friends, the theme this year is Loving Your Neighbor, with 100% of all money collected going to local organizations who are helping our neighbors in need: Hillcrest Food Pantry and Hope Solutions. All food, beverages, and raffle/auction prizes are donated so that every dollar we collect is passed to these local groups.
