The arguments come from many sources and are not limited to those presented in the Official Voter Information Guide. The event will be held in the sanctuary. \n(Official Voter Information Guides will be mailed out beginning in late September\, but an online version is available through the California Secretary of State website: https://voterguide.sos.ca.gov)
