One-Day Food Drive | Church of the Resurrection

We are holding a one-day food drive and see how much food we can gather for the Hillcrest Food Pantry across the street. They are getting ready to hand out meals for Thanksgiving and are worried that the demand for meals will outstrip their supplies. So let's see how we can help.

On Sunday November 17th, please bring the following food:

Stuffing Mix
Instant Mashed potatoes
Cans of Chicken Stock
Cans of cranberry relish
Cans of green beans or peas or corn
Boxes of pie mix
Cans of pumpkin pie filling/evaporated milk
Boxes of cornbread mix or other muffin mixes

And we will also be collecting financial donations to purchase frozen turkeys or frozen chickens, eggs, and butter. You can drop your check in the offertory plate with a note on it that it is for Hillcrest Food Pantry.
