Common Life
As a church community, we reach to be family with and for one another, sharing in all the ups and downs of life. We gather to celebrate our great joys and also carry one another through challenges and grief. We recognize that our lives are richer when we give ourselves to this common life together. Plenty of this fellowship happens on Sunday mornings, and there are many other opportunities to come together as well. Here you can learn about upcoming events, different fellowship groups, and ways to ask for and offer support.
Advent 2024
Advent Festival: On December 1st, we will be celebrating the beginning of Advent with our Advent Festival after the 10:15am services. Come and make Advent wreaths and other items to help you enter into this season of Emmanuel (God is with us). We'll be on the plaza if it's nice out, and in the parish hall if it's rainy.

The Episcopal Church of the Resurrection was formed as a mission on July 1, 1959 under the leadership of The Rev. Richard Shackell.
