Parish Directory
We are using a new online directory app for the church, supported by a platform called Breeze.
The new login page to use the directory on your computer (Chrome works best) is this:
Getting Set Up
If you'd like to be added, just let a staff member know, or email [email protected]. Then you'll get an email from Rev. Liz with the subject line "Create your Church of the Resurrection Breeze account." When you open the email, there will be a blue button that says "Create your account." Click the button, and you will land on a page where you can choose a username and password, and then click "create user." From there, you can login and start exploring! You can bookmark https://resurrectionph.breezechms.com/login -- this is where you'll go to login on your internet browser.
If you'd like to use the app on your phone, search "Breeze ChMs" in the App Store. Once the app is loaded, you'll be prompted to enter the Church subdomain, which is resurrectionph, and then you can login with your username and password. The app icon looks like this:
Once you are logged in, there are a number of things you can do:
Check and update your profile
On the top menu on a computer, or on the dropdown menu on your phone, click on "My profile." Then you can click on the header of the information sections to update your contact information, add emergency contacts (visible only to the staff), add your work experience and other hobbies (so we can know more of the skills and talents present in the congregation!), and so forth. You can also update your photo by clicking on the photo and then choosing a new one to upload.
Use the Directory
Once you are logged in, click on "People" in the menu. This will bring up the whole directory of the church. You can also search by name, or by other filter options.
Check your giving history
When you are on your profile page, you can click the "Giving" tab to see your giving history.
A Note on Privacy
We recognize that sharing personal information can feel risky, and sometimes is! We will only allow people to have access to this directory who are known members of the congregation. Your basic information, contact information, family names, work and other experience can be seen by everyone in the congregation. Your emergency contact information and giving history will only be viewable by you, and the team managing the database, which at this point is Myron Backhaus, Tracy Barber, and Rev. Liz. Also know that Breeze promises never to sell personal information; you can read more about their privacy policy here. If you have any questions or concerns about privacy, please let us know!

There are plenty of other functions that Breeze includes that we'll be excited to get up and running in the time ahead, but want to start with the basics for now.
